You can create HTML documents on the fly, or touch-up pre-existing pages. Our Review: A great text editor for plain text (in Unix/Windows/Unix format), CPP files, or HTML files. Canopus is extremely fast, and is more than an ideal replacement for the Notepad which comes with Windows. The trial version is the same as the retail version, except that the trial has a time limitation of 9 days.
