Our Review: A nice telemarketing package consisting of two programs, Contact manager and Persuader. Contact manager is a great way to manage any contact list, both personal and business. It includes up to 10 different contact phone numbers and the usual address contact, plus email. The standout feature about this program is that it allows the tracking, monitoring and grading of a user's performance on any of the scheduled tasks performed. Persuader is an amazing telemarketing campaign manager, allowing several complicated "scripts" of question/answer copy to be running. Basically, it consists of fully customisable text, displayed on the telemarketer's screen, in a yes/no format. With full and comprehensive tutorial support, excellent tracking and databasing potential, Telox provides the perfect tool for telemarketing.
