Our Review: A nice customer management package that entails several important features - an expense report, account history, customer order manager, correspondence history, appointment scheduler, inventory and an all-important asset tracking device. The asset feature is extremely good, allowing all the details of an item (such as machinery) to be entered, then its depreciation tracked over a number of years. SuperPro will also allow you to produce your IRS forms (best for the USA), and will produce excellent reports based on any of the above information. The customer records are very detailed and easy to browse and the correspondence includes easy to format faxes to clients. Overall, very nice.
