Mr. ToDo is a program to help manage your growing list of ToDo tasks. It was designed to be simple to use and learn. The main features include the ability to sort your task list in a variety of "views;" to set task alarms, to produce customized reports; and to track the number of assignments by staff and/or category. Four basic task "views" can be accessed at any time with one mouse click (traffic light buttons). These view windows allow you to view Active tasks, On-hold tasks, Completed tasks, as well as one for All tasks. In each of these view windows, you can sort and filter the listed tasks, insert a new task, update task details, or permanently delete a task. Several task status reports are available to further enhance task management capabilities. Get Organized with Mr. ToDo. Our Review: Mr. ToDo is definitely one of the most comprehensive pieces of 'to do' software out there. Designed for business managers, you enter details like who the job is assigned to, what department, relevant dates, status, and priority. The list then can be sorted in several ways with the ability to generate reports such as "pending jobs". Very good.
