CustQuest is a question survey application that allows you to create your own survey questions on a PC, assign graphic ratings to your questions, download the questions onto your palm so that you have the ability to take traditional paper based surveys and allow users to complete them on a Palm, thereby eliminating the need for the data to be captured from a paper based source into a database, as well as having the ability to give the most current set of results at the push of a button. Our Review: A fairly simple customer survey tool. CustQuest allows you to setup a bunch of questions and answers (based on the four types available), then transfer this down into your palm device. All answers are then uploaded back by hotsync and viewed. Unfortunately, there are no other features such as report printing.
