BM-Win Plus is a Presort program that takes the user's mailing list and sorts it according it to all of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Post Office for delivery as bulk mail and with the best bulk mail rates that the Post Office offers. Using bulk mail letters can be sent for less than $.12 each regular rate or less than $.06 Non-Profit rate. Our Review: There aren't many programs available for snail-mail management. It is therefore a nice surprise to see this comprehensive mailing program. The many functions including mail list creation/sorting, label editing and report design all include downloadable wizards to complement the superb array of help available. Warning: BM-Win Plus was designed for Americans and the US Postal system, and therefore is somewhat useless for international users.
