The program's objective is to assist employers in in satisfying federal and rgulations when hiring employees. It collects company and employee data and prints W4, W5 and I9 forms. The forms are printed on blank paper using your printer. The system can also print blank forms. Our Review: This is a very straight forward application, designed to simpify the process of printing US employee forms. Hiring Forms Simplified supports three main types: I9 (Employee eligibility verification), W4 (Withholding allowance certificate) and W5 (Earned income advance payment certificate). While this program is clearly only useful within the United States, it is clear in layout, easy to learn and very quick to use.
