Our Review: A very easy to use and customizable employee appraisal program, especially given its likeness to Microsoft Word. Employee Appraiser lets you make a form depending on your company's requirements of your staff, and then fill them out. Both comments and ratings can be made for an employee. Also includes a "Manager's resource centre" program that aids managers in constantly reappraising the way appraisals are to be made and also courses of action to aid managers get the desired results out of their staff.
