SOHO-123 is a Visual Basic™ database program that is designed for the small business. It records orders, prints invoices, counts inventory, and provides important management reports. SOHO-123 is a simple-to-use system that will do most of what the small and mid-size business needs. Note that SOHO-123 is not a bookkeeping or payroll system. For these functions, you can use either a larger, more fully featured (and more expensive) program, or use SOHO-123 along with a financial management program such as Quicken or Quickbooks . SOHO-123 does a good job of exporting data to Quicken and lets you break down receipts into categories such as merchandise non-taxable, merchandise taxable, freight, and sales tax. Quicken is an inexpensive, easy-to-use product from Intuit that we highly recommend. Our Review: SOHO-123 is a database program for small businesses. It contains data about customers and their orders, records of daily activities used by accountants, credit card transactions, management reports and lists of products and vendors. The user interface is well designed and all options are easily accessible. This demo is fully-featured for 10 days.
