softTIME will track employees' absences, attendance, tardies, sick leave, jury duty and holidays with a simple click of the mouse. You'll get more than 20 useful reports that show who is absent and why. A friendly icon-based interface lets you drag/drop symbols onto the calendar to show reasons for absence. Editable company options let you set levels of sick leave, vacation, and personal time; develop policies on accrual amounts; setup minimum employment time for various absence categories and even note hourly working conditions. Our Review: A very easy to use and comprehensive attendance utility that lets you keep track of employees' attendance. Comes in a basic calendar format and lets you insert individual employees' attendance on any given day, as well as reasons for their absence (i.e - illness, holiday, jury duty - you name it). It allows you to keep track of employees by their name and what department they are in. Also includes the option to enter your own brief notes for an employee's lack of attendance. In order to use this demo, you need to fill out a quick form online to get a code.
