Payroll Canada is a fully functional, complete payroll system for one company or multi-company use. Maintains employee database, prints cheques (with bank reconciliation) or payslips, summary journal, payroll register, figures for PD7 tax reports, (registered version also does annual T4 Forms), and various reports on employees such as birthday list, mailing labels, rotary cards, pay history, etc. Our Review: An interesting, DOS based (with added mouse support) employee pay-management package. This is targeted at Canada specifically, including templates for use with their tax system, though it should be very useful to most employers. Nice features include settings for the employees (like hours worked per year, tax rate, sick-leave allowances and absence deductions) and the all-important employee database. Good help, in the form of slide shows, is also provided.
