Payroll USA is a fully functional, complete, payroll system for one company or multi-company use. Maintains employee database, prints checks (with bank reconciliation) or payslips, summary journal, payroll register, quarterly tax reports, (registered version also does annual W-2's with magnetic media option), and various reports on employees such as birthday list, mailing labels, rotary cards, pay history, etc. Our Review: The American version of the Payroll line, very similar to the original Canadian release. Although obviously the American version focuses more (in the registered version) on the W-2 form rather than the Canadian T-4. The DOS (with mouse) interface makes it useful even the slowest of terminals, and also ensures that users of almost any sikill level will be able to master it with ease. The slide show of help is also comprehensive, making this a great payroll management package.
