TTMaker
TTMaker is a timetable maker. You use it when you need to create a schedule or timetable for an Event. An Event contains a number of venues, participants, groups of participants, days, and timeslots. TTMaker can generate timetables of various sizes, from a few hours up to several months. TTMaker makes creating a timetable simple. You provide the basic information such as: · the venues (e.g. classrooms, music venues, conference rooms, etc) · the groups (e.g. class names, group/band names, conference session names, etc) · the participants (e.g. students, band members, conference attendees, etc). You then tell TTMaker which participants belong to which groups. Finally, you tell TTMaker to build the timetable. TTMaker generates a valid timetable in a matter of seconds. Our Review: If you need to organize conferences, celebrations or big partys with many guests this program might be the right solution. So many times we've heard about not so good organization, wrong and not on time service. There is no need to worry about that anymore. TTMaker will create a detailed timetables with all neccessary information about guests, like specific requests, schedules, contacts, or organize them in groups. Timetable is very easy to understand and it could be very helpful for managers who organize meetings of large groups of people.
