Handy Quote is a price/job quote, point of sales (POS), inventory control and sales management program for wholesale, retail and any businesses. Handy Quote is an integrated business program. It begins by making the quote creation task easy and enjoyable - a professional- looking quote can be created and printed to customer on the spot. The created quote can be converted to a sales order, and to an invoice. Purchase orders can be created with minimal effort either from a group of sales orders, or from low stock level, thus eliminating all unnecessary duplication work. Our Review: Handy Quote is an incredibly complex package that can control all your inventory pricing orders, etc. The features are too numerous to mention but will certainly be sufficient for most businesses. The interface, perhaps due to the massive amount of facts, figures, lists and buttons it needs to display (check out the installed size!), does seem a little cramped and bewildering. However, with use the menus and windows become easily navigable and the comprehensive help section will answer all your questions.
