EURO Converter is a simple Windows 95/98/NT application that allows you to perform calculations with and convert between any of the currency units of the Member States adopting the Euro or other user-configurable currencies, using the rules (number of significant digits and rounding) of the Euro. Our Review: This is one of the best money converters around. It can convert between any of the countries in its database. It has a nice layout, very similar to the Windows calculator.
