The Software Administration Kit (abbreviated SAK) is an unique all-in-one solution for customer and order tracking, form letter and e-mail submission, sales report generation, version management and order fulfillment. Our Review: This is an excellent way to keep track of your customers and, most importantly, potential customers. When a user downloads your software, they can be added to the database (assuming the information is submitted, like user's email for example) and then sent customised emails, registration codes and the like. The help, tutorial and manual support for SAK is unbelievably in-depth, making this program usable by people of any skill level. Each application is assigned its own database entry, including its own customer database, version history, letter templates and application information. If you are a software developer, at the very least, you should give this little gem a try.
