This program performs a FIXED ANNUITY calculation,i. e., computes the amount of money to be paid each year in order to cover the interests and the amortization of a given debt. The user provides values for the capital, the interest rate and the duration of the refunding period. The calculations performed use the compound-interests method. Our Review: This is a very simple program but it is also quite limited. The developer's description covers everything you could possibly need to know, except that the program has a hideous blue background that is really hard to look at. The Help file is also rather limited.
