This program can calculate the interest rate you pay for loans. It is wizard style, and calculates using a series of simple question on your loan. Afterwards it makes a remark on the result. Very simple to use but usefull, as it might protect you from usury. Our Review: This is a very easy program that allows the user to calculate the interest rates on loans using repayment information. Every homebuyer should have one of these programs. It helps the user to minimise the interest rates on their loan by knowing the increase or decrease in rates in advance.
