Mortgage Advisor is designed to allow you to investigate all the financial aspects of a Mortgage loan. The basic input required for Mortgage Advisor is the Mortgage amount, the Period and the Interest Rate. The repayment period (usually Monthly) can be selected from the drop-down box provided and the repayment can be In arrears (paid at the end of each period) or in advance (paid at the start of each period). The Compounding period over which the Interest is compounded can also be selected from the drop-down box provided. Our Review: Mortgage Advisor is a simple easy to use program that allows you to plan your mortgage. You can play around with payment options, interests, income figures and more to whatever suits your needs. It can graph your results and can also give you a comparison with other options. Very effective, and highly recommended.
