Our Review: AMS (Absentee Management System) 2000 is a comprehensive solution for the tracking of, funnily enough, employee absence. It has an excellent tutorial, easily downloaded as an internal update if you require it, just to make sure anyone can get the hang of this professional, well-interfaced application. Three main features are provided in this version - an employee detail database (containing start and cease dates of employment), time sheet entry manager (sorted by job for easy reference) and lastly, the report generator which can produce many reports, including an employee listing, absence report, holiday display and much more. Pretty reasonable help is also provided, making this a good way to keep track of your staff, either by department, by job titles or individually.
