Our Review: An excellent example of customer help desk software, complete with all the tools required to easily and efficiently manage customer calls and the related follow-ups. Supported by great help documentation and a good web-site, HelpDesk is easy to get up and running, plus supported by good "tip" boxes when appropriate. It provides for a database of equipment (including the serial number, ongoing costs, supplier and more) and clients, both of which can be linked to incoming calls. On top of this, HelpDesk also provides at a glance the totals of unresolved, referred and unactioned "direct" calls awaiting you. The interface is very smooth, and the report generator (for client, operator or problem focus) is very intuitive also. Definitely worth a look!
