Mortgage Calc V1.0 is a Win95 program for calculating the monthly mortgage payments based on the input data. Our Review: This program asks for user input in the form of a dialogue box, which is prompted by the user clicking on the calculate menu box, or the calculate toolbar item. After the user inputs the data and clicks the OK button, a tabulated screen printout displays the monthly payment amount, as well as a yearly summary of the payments required to meet interest, and principle interest payments. It also calculates the remaining balance of the loan. The result can then be saved to a text file, or printed out. Simple, useful and free.
