The setup process requires you to enter all the company details including the default taxing (supports several including GST), shipping costs, and even the name of sales representatives and their individual commission. For a small piece of software, the features don't stop there. You can also keep records or vendors, create purchase orders, address labels, customer records and much more. Excellent, very easy to use software that comes with detailed documentation for reference.
