Enterprise Staff Indicator is an electronic in/out status (attendance) board with a difference. The ESI records status history which enables detailed timesheet reports to be created. The ESI can also link upto MS Outlook to automatically display status changes based on Outlook appointments. It also integrates with Outlook to make use of Outlook Email, Journal and Contact services. The ESI allows users to indicate availability with just a mouse click, and anyone on the network can quickly see who is in and who is out. Preset toolbar icons let you configure reasons and durations of absences. Set your lunch icon to an hour and a half, and configure your return from home to show the next day at 8:00 A.M. Cell phone numbers can be toggled on and off to show if you're electronically accessible. The ESI is easy to use, so employees will be more likely to post their status. If you don't use Outlook you still get a highly functional, easy-to-use sign-in/out status board Our Review: Enterprise Staff Indicator is an excellent attendance status board even better than the original (physical version). In a click it allows you to change your status to notify everyone in the company whether you're in or out or having a coffee break. Other things you can toggle include time, whether your mobile is on, whether you're on holiday or sick leave. Only one person can change status apart from the owner which means it's very effective. In addition to all this you can also print out timesheets which means they're accurate. Last but not least, Enterprise Staff Indicator can integrate into MSOutlook logging calls into the journal or accessing your email. An excellent tool for business networks.
