Our Review:Neural Net Oracle is a Russian programed stock adviser programme working off neural net theory. The english in the documentation is bad. The thing with neural nets is they take time and expertise to learn properly. They are only as good as the information that is put in. Given these limitations NNOracle could be just what you are looking for. |
