This handy little floater lets you keep all your important e-mail addresses, URLs and other links just a click away! Also includes a useful and friendly way to access applications on your system! Use the floating launchpad to store shortcuts to your programs and documents on your computer. Also stores shortcuts to your favorite websites as well! The launchpad's beauty is that is always there and doesn't take up any screen space! It can sink behind any other window, to bring it up just click on the main Floater and presto, there are your links! Our Review: Stargate is a small desktop management utility that doubles as a bookmark/email address manager. You can simply drag and drop links into the small interface window and it will add this in as a link. You can later use this to launch your programs, send email, and open websites. A good idea but may become more of a nuisance for some.
