LivePaper
LivePaper is a new concept in how desktop wallpaper should be used. Instead of just the pretty pictures that most people look at day in and day out, LivePaper makes your desktop a dynamic and useful feature for Windows. LivePaper runs minimized in the system tray to be as unobtrusive as possible. Unless you are configuring the application (i.e, selecting a new image or a group of images), all that you will see of LivePaper is the little traffic light icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen in the system tray. The icon changes from a red light when the image is less than 50% downloaded, yellow when it is greater than 50% and green when the image is completely downloaded. Our Review: Another good program for those weathermen out there or those who simply want to be kept up to date with the latest weather information, particularily those of you stuck in hurricane or torndao prone area's. The actual program requires a near constant connection to the internet as it downloads updates every minute or so. This can be change to longer but it still means you have to connect to the internet..... But apart from that it's quite good.
