Count Down Timer is a handy tool for the download addict. How often do you leave your computer running while you're at work or sleeping to finish a download? Instead, you can use Count Down Timer. It doesn't keep track of the state of your downloads, but it can shut down your computer after a certain amount of time. Just figure out about how long your download will take and add a few minutes. Count Down Timer can be set for any time from one second to just short of 24 hours. Start the countdown, and when the timer reaches zero, your computer is automatically shut down without any further help from you.
