In this screensaver, animated lemmings hurl themselves suicidally from the ends of walkways. Our Review: No, it's not those green-haired little guys from the game, these ones are brown and furry - but they're still out trying to kill themselves. A staggering array of features are on offer for Leaping Lemmings, especially considering it is a screensaver. These include clocks, messages, passwords and statistics - unfortunately the actual lemmings themselves aren't much fun. They all look the same, the background is plain black and there is no sound. Even the option to change the lemmings' 'enthusiasm' only amounts to different trajectories for their leaps. Leaping Lemmings isn't the best screensaver out there, but you do get a lot for your money (the price indicated is for Leaping Lemmings plus 9 other savers!).
