Everyone knows that a person's name is easier to remember than a document's name. With SoomSoom, when you need to open a letter you've written to Joe or go to a web site that's relevant to Joe, all you need to do is CLICK ON JOE'S NAME. SoomSoom will automatically list and PREVIEW every document, web site, and e-mail associated with JOE. For Example: Jill asks her secretary to compose a Word document to Mike. She leaves the office, and when she returns at the end of the day, she wants to see the document. One problem... her secretary went home. All Jill has to do is simply click on Mike’s name and she can instantly preview all documents associated him. Double-clicking on the document in SoomSoom opens it in Word, ready to be reviewed or printed, and there's no need for Jill to open Microsoft Word herself. It will open automatically. Our Review: Aaaah, I can see that this is clearly a program for those people that view their computer as simply a larger form of an organiser. Soomsoom lets you group your documents and files by name, so that you can organise everything by categories and people. It's a good idea for the busy business executive that doesn't want to wander through explorer looking for documents, but for people that have gotten used to using explorer this program will seem a little un-necessary.
