What is the Drawing Hand Screen Saver? The Drawing Hand Screen Saver is a 32-bit screen saver for Windows 95/98/NT/2000. Watch as the artist's hand moves around your screen, drawing and blending, to create works of art "Right Before Your Eyes". Some of the people who have registered this screen saver have been using it for over 2 years since new drawings are available each month. The Drawing Hand Screen Saver is a "drawing engine". It will draw all of the drawings (.rdr files) that you download from the Art Gallery and unzip into the directory where you installed The Drawing Hand Screen Saver. Typically, this is "c:\Program Files\Drawing Hand". The screen saver will change your display mode when it runs. Using the screen saver Settings dialog in Control Panel - Display - Screen Saver - Settings, you can set the display mode to 640x480 or 800x600. You can also set the Color Palette to 256 colors or High Color. When you set the Color Palette to High Color, the hand will look like it does in the image above. When set to 256 colors, it will be a black and white hand. The recommended settings are 800x600 with High Color.
