With Theme Maker you can create or capture any images to be your Windows cursors icons and desktop wallpaers. Any Image can be captured, and you can then add transparent areas using the editor for cursors and icons. You then just drag and drop the new image on to the cursor you wish to change.Then add wallpaper and sounds to complete the desktop theme.Themes can be saved to zip files or self installing themes which can contain banners and links to your website.Our Review: A simple program to help you create Themes for Microsoft Windows. Theme Maker has an easy to use and understand interface. It has some useful features, such as an inbuilt editor to touch up imported pictures and the ability to save them to a zip file or to a self extracting executable. All in all, a nice and simple theme creator - very useful if you are in the habit of creating themes.
