Desktop Centinel, is a application for manage your working with the Windows Desktop. With DESKTOP CENTINEL, you can execute files, change your wallpaper, access to the control panel elements and organize your startup menu!. Our Review: Now, to tell you the truth I had pretty low expectations of this program when I first installed it, but to tell you the truth it's quite handy. Desktop Centinel has shortcuts to all of those well used programs and Icons you use but can't actually put on a quicklaunch bar, like the control panel icons, and reset/shutdown machine etc. It also has links to quickly change your wallpaper and execute files etc. Very good!
