Our Review: Cool Captions is a very cool program! It allows you to create your own multimedia screen savers complete with 3D Text, music and animations. Very easy to use, simply choose what you want to include, either from the, slightly limited, archive provided or your own files, add your captions, edit the animation and then sit back and marvel at your creation. Once completed, your masterpiece can either be saved as a screen saver file (.scr) or an executable file (.exe).
