Our Review: IconCool manages your icons in a Windows Explorer-like interface and allows you to sort them into as many categories as you want, such as games, traffic, buildings, and so on. It also comes with an icon conversion tool for saving your icons into BMP files. A cool feature is the links manager for icon websites where you can add your own favorite sites. Overall, an above average piece of software.
