Freeqad is a small program written in VBScript. Freeqad.htm is a HTML file to be used as desktop background, with a form where is possible to write text notes and save them as text file. In fact, below the form there are two buttons: "Save" and "Cancel," whose use is intuitive. Our Review: Freeqad is an interesting wallpaper utility for use with Windows' Active Desktop. It generates a background with an image chosen by you and also a textfield. You can then enter text into the text fiel, hit the save button and create the corresponding text file. In original idea that is a breeze to use, but does raise the question - why?
