Would you like to create your own icon files? Now you can do all this and more, with Icon Builder Plus! Our Review: IconBuilder Plus is a small, easy to use program which can convert GIF and JPEG files into icons. While this can be done in a matter of a few clicks the results can often look shoddy. Other features such as the icon editor are quite good and make IconBuilder Plus an acceptable if not brilliant icon program. On the whole it is aimed at someone with experience in icon design, although most people would be able to pick it up.
