Matrix Control is a special utility to configure and personalize Windows 98/98SE looks and feels. Using easy to use graphical user interface you can configure hundreds of Windows 98 hidden settings, from the Start Menu, Desktop, Accessories, Windows Explorer, to Internet Explorer. This is something that you cannot do on the regular operations. Our Review: An average desktop management tool that scores extra points for its cool likeness to 'The Matrix' movie. The program lets you cutomize the settings of windows such as its overall appearance, add/remove functions, and disable/enable settings. It also gives you an up to date reading of your system's info and takes over a lot of actions usually accessable only from the start-up bar. Let down slightly by the fact that it nags you every 5 minutes to register, but otherwise a handy tool for managing your desktop. Well worth registering.
