Easy Icons was designed as a complete Icon Management System for Windows users. Our Review: This is a handy little utility that allows the user to create and define their own icons and cursors. On the whole it is very simple as it uses basic bitmap methods to draw and create icons and such. The asking price is also very, very good for what it does. A full thumbs up for this program.
