Applies skins to the Toolbars of Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Windows Explorer, My Computer and sets the Desktop Wallpaper to either Tile, Center or Stretch. Uses any bitmap image on your computer. Also changes the caption in the title bar of Internet Explorer. Our Review: This program will add wallpaper to the standard windows toolbars which is potentially nice decoration for your workspace. The only problem is that the picture must fit the size of the toolbar. Otherwise, you'll see only a portion of it. Toolbar Wallpaper Pro suggests that it'll stretch the picture but that's not quite true. BMP is the only supported format. Now with a 'useful' system information screen.
