This Win9x/NT/2000 ScreenSaver features 6 different alien races battling it out in fully modelled 3D. Using phasers and torpedos the battles look spectacular. While the ScreenSaver download features only 6 different races, The ScreenSaver supports plugins. If you don't like the races you have, then swing by the Plugin page a pickup some new ones. Or if you're really bored you can go to the Converter page and pickup the converter which will allow you to create your own plugins. Our Review: The SpaceBattle Screen Saver animates an entire galatic war on your desktop! Now, whenever you leave your computer idle for too long, two alliances will collide in a galaxy far, far away, battling it out for supremacy. You can set how many aliens of which race are in each alliance and the ability to add in new races, etc, with the plugins is wonderful as well - the battle promises to keep getting bigger and better!!! This screensaver has a 3 day trial period.
