X-Eyes
A Windows-version of the mouse-following eyes that come with X-Windows Our Review: X-Eyes puts a fairly large pair of cartoon eyes on your desktop. While they are fun to fiddle with for a few minutes, they do not do anything much (other than follow the movement of your mouse pointer). You can move them around a bit, but you lack much control over them because they do not have any options menu.
