Do you like to use your Visual Basic arrays with Base 1? Then when using ADO you will see that ADO uses base 0 on their arrays. You write a little loop that will rebase the base-0 array into an base-1 array but finds it so SLOW... ArrayHandler is a C++ ActiveX component that rebases arrays the underground way - and makes it in NOTIME no matter how large arrays you have. Our Review:This is a C++ ActiveX Control for use in Visual Basic programs. It reindexes your arrays so that they have a different base, enabling ease of use and cross-language compatibility. The program is very easy to install, and uninstall - simply copy it to the correct directory and include it in your project. The documentation is good and a sample program in Visual Basic is included. |
