Calcucell is a calculator for cellular network design. This program is designed for use by planning and system design engineers (NMT, GSM, AMPS cellular standards). It includes RF engineering and traffic tools. Our Review: Calcucell is extremely job specific. Designed to be used by cellular network designers, CalcuCell offers no HELP menus and the README.txt is almost non-existent. It offers no tutorial, nor user manual, and you would have to be knowledgeable about cellular networks to understand the terms and codes. Possibly for those in the industry it is useful software, but to those outside it is confusing and virtually useless.
