First of all, it's very flexible and powerful text editor. Why would you need another text editor? Because NeatPad has everything you could possibly want at your fingertips to design a web page! It was created for editing text, or ASCII, files. These files contain no images or special formatting, just like the content of a .html file. Our Review: Neatpad is one of the many text editors available and, like most of the others, Neatpad offers the basics plus an explorer-window to keep track of your files as well as limited HTML-editing options. On the plus side, Neatpad is laid out clearly with a useful toolbar and also has an FTP client built in. Neatpad is not at all a bad program - it is just that there are a lot of better ones out there.
