REMail is a real 32-bit DLL that works in all 32-bit Windows operation systems with any 32-bit Windows compiler, such as VB, C++, Visual FoxPro, PowerBuilder, Delphi, VBA in MSOffice, etc. REMail is for programmers, allowing them to manage DialUp Networking (RAS) via simple calls, receiving and sending emails from their applications with or without attachments.
