You may use ICA to animate a virtual character by setting attributes such as translation, rotation, and scale of part of a character’s body at specific key frames. ICA can animate characters created on the basis of the Specification of a Standard Humanoid (version 1.1).This program is intended for experienced and novice Web developers to create animated VRML scenes. Anyone can visit and experience your 3D Web site using standard VRML97 browsers. Our Review: A classy tool that creates animated characters for use with your VRML web page. This program can be a lot of fun, even if you don't need to create a 3D web page. The interface is well organised and well-suited to the task. ICA comes with four demonstration characters.
