AnimationFX component produces animation effects. This version supports the following effects: * MonoSlider * Slider * Strip * Crush * CrushReveal * Marquee * Blinds * Checkerboard * Iris * Zoom * Fade * Mosaic * Twister * Wave * Bands * RGB * MonoReveal * Spiral * CheckerBlinds A modifier can be applied to each of these to configure each effect further. AnimationFX has a property through which the control can use threads instead of timers. This has several advantages. Chief among them is speed - using threads, AnimationFX component can achieve speeds higher than 18 frames per second. Second, it saves on the use of timers.
