The Area Codes component contains a database of North American telephone area codes. If you give it with the name of a particular city, it returns the area code or codes for that city. If you supply it with a particular area code, it gives you the major cities within that area code, or, if you prefer, the largest city within that area code. Our Review: AreaCodeLookup is a demo software that demonstrates the function of Forward Loop Software's AreaCodeLookup ActiveX component. The component basically allows you to select either an area code or a major North American City and it displays the designated city or area code. Fairly simple and straightforward. Very good help is available online that shows you how to add your component into your application. This demo is freeware.
