Simply set up your topics in a menu, and then fill in any information you want. Allows you to easily create a very professional looking help file thay can include pictures, backgrounds, you name it. Great in that you don't have to be a professional to be able to use it (i.e. if you can use Microsoft Word or similar word processors you shouldn't have any problems). You can flick between edit, HTML, Topic List and Contents, as well Designer tabs with ease. You can also insert more advanced objects such as tables, movie clips, sounds and links. Quite possibly the best help file creator out there!
